The safety and health of our customers, employees, and partners is our primary concern.

To comply with updated local regulations, we have reduced our staff in our shipping and customer service departments. These changes are resulting in extended shipping times. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order and ship from Morgan Hill, CA. within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options are also available. Should you have any questions, or special instructions either note them on the order or email us.

Out of Country Orders

Please allow extra time for out of country orders to be processed. All out of country orders are held for customer approval on shipping costs and delivery times.


Any purchase may be returned for refund of the item price to the original purchaser within 15 days of receipt. Items must be received in good condition and must have a return authorization number marked clearly on the package. Returns that do not have a return authorization number or are returned after 15 days, may be charged a 10% restocking fee. To receive a return authorization number, please email us.
